The Joshua Tree Gateway Association of REALTORS® is the REALTOR® trade association for the San Bernardino County high-desert area known as the Morongo Basin and/or the Joshua Tree Gateway Communities due to its proximity to the Joshua Tree National Park. This area includes the communities of the City of Twentynine Palms, the Town of Yucca Valley, Pioneertown, Joshua Tree, Landers and Morongo Valley. JTGAR operates under the authority of the California Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®, and is a 501(c)6 not-for-profit professional trade organization. We are a member organization, not a real estate company and do not provide property management or property evaluation services.
