Founded in 1962, MARS Rocketry Club holds the distinctions of being both the largest rocketry club in New York State and the oldest continually active section of the National Association of Rocketry (NAR). With a launch site located at the National Warplane Museum in Geneseo, New York, MARS welcomes model rocketry enthusiasts of all ages to fly their creations and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow hobbyists. Operating in accordance with the NAR Model and High Power Safety Codes, MARS club activities provide a safe and regulated environment for rocket launches. Spectators are cordially invited to observe these spectacular flights, and admission is complimentary.
