We do not do in-person drop offs or pickups. Reason: Proof of shipment, proof of date of receipt and condition. (Take PICS!!!) Process- 1. Call, Text, or FB & Leave a Message (SPAM) 2. We will provide a form via email or whichever you prefer 3. Frwd form to us & include a copy with shipment 4. Send payment before you ship. We wont even touch your sub until payment has been received. 4a. When you pay, we start creating your labels right then based on your sub sheet. 5. Pickup & the labels are made we just have to inspect & place the grade on label and print. DONE! 6. USPS Signed Pickup ONLY. This way there is no debate on when & if! 7. Turn around time is typically 1 week from time we pick the shipment up. Sometimes its same day turnaround
